Bugstrix provides offensive security services including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, bug bounty program design, and security consulting. All services are conducted under formal engagement agreements that define scope, rules of engagement, and authorization boundaries.
Bugstrix adheres to responsible disclosure principles. Findings are shared exclusively with the authorized client. We do not publicly disclose vulnerability details without the client’s explicit consent and sufficient remediation time.
Reports, methodologies, and tooling developed by Bugstrix remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal security purposes. Reproduction or redistribution of Bugstrix reports or methodologies requires written permission.
Bugstrix’s liability is limited to the value of the engagement fees paid. We are not liable for security incidents occurring outside the scope of our engagement or arising from vulnerabilities we were not authorized to assess.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all engagement-related information. Bugstrix will not disclose client environment details, findings, or any information shared during an engagement to third parties without explicit consent.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
